Picnic in the vineyards
After a tasting session, enjoy a special moment tasting local products (goat's cheese, rillons, rillettes, home-made cake...) and our emblematic rosé.
You'll start by learning about the history of the manor house, before visiting the cellar and winery and tasting our different vintages. Once the tasting is over, you can enjoy a picnic in the magnificent vineyards of La Liodière with a picnic basket containing local specialities (goat's cheese, rillettes, bread, seasonal quiche, crisps and home-made cake for dessert). This picnic will be accompanied by a bottle of Touraine Noble Joué for two people. You will be on your own for the picnic.
For children under 11, an adapted picnic basket will be provided, along with apple juice from Verger de Charlemagne. For children aged 11 to 17, the contents of the basket will be the same as for adults, accompanied by apple juice.
Wine, cheese and local charcuterie pairings
Come and taste our 3 cuvées paired with goat's cheeses, rillons and rillettes from Tours, direct from the producer.
Come and take part in a food and wine pairing in our cellar (bring a little wool for the more chilly).
You can taste our Blanc de Noirs bubbles, then our emblematic Touraine Noble Joué, before finishing with our Pinot Noir. All accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and local cheeses direct from the producer.
This tasting is for adults only, but if you bring your children, a glass of apple juice will be provided.
3 wine and chocolate tasting
Come and taste our Pinot Noir, Blanc de Noirs in the Traditional Method and Malvoisie sweet wines with exceptional chocolates.
Come and discover the surprising combinations of wine and chocolate. You'll be able to taste our Blanc de Noirs bubbles, followed by our Pinot Noir, before finishing with a mellow Malvoisie. These wines will be accompanied by top-quality chocolates, hand-roasted by Rose, who lives just down the road in Chambray les Tours. If you're a little chilly, we recommend that you wear a little wool for the tasting in the cellar.
This tasting is for adults only, but if you bring your children, they will be offered a glass of apple juice.
Special visit for children: Discover the animals and taste 3 vintages
Come and discover the animals on the estate with your children before tasting three of our vintages for adults and apple juice from the neighbouring orchard for children.
The visit will begin with a tour of the vineyards, followed by a tour of the estate in search of the wild animals that inhabit it according to the season (frogs, ducks, salamanders, dragonflies, birds, coypu, etc.), as well as the horses and other animals in the house. We are an LPO refuge, so the emphasis will be on protecting wildlife.
After the tour, there will be a tasting of three cuvées, with colouring books for the little ones and informative booklets for the older ones. Children will also be offered a glass of apple juice.
We recommend that you bring a jumper for the tasting in the cellar.
Visit to the manor house and garden, tasting of 4 vintages
Visit the private room, the chapel and the gardens with a tasting of our 4 vintages.
Explore the secrets of our manor house on a private tour of the family sitting room with its painted fireplace. Also discover the consecrated chapel, the dovecote and Gallo-Roman remains. Stroll through the garden and admire the north facade of the Manoir before concluding with a tasting of our four cuvées in the cellar. Don't forget to bring a jumper if you're sensitive to the cold.
Tour of the manor house and exterior, tasting of 3 vintages
Exterior tour of the Manoir dating from the XVᵉ century, the old wine storehouse and tasting in the cellar of 3 vintages of your choice.
The tour will begin with the history of the manor house and its acquisition, followed by a tour of the manor house and its old wine storehouse. The tour ends in the new vat room and tasting cellar. We will present you with a choice of 3 cuvées from our Pinot Gris Sec, our Noble Joué appellation wine, our Pinot Noir and our Moelleux en Malvoisie.
If you're feeling the cold, bring a jumper.
